We collaborated with professional chefs and designers to create SCANPAN’s first line of commercial-grade nonstick cookware for everyday use. The SCANPAN TechnIQ series features fresh, modern designs that enhance performance, promote more even cooking, and provide ergonomic comfort, all while utilizing SCANPAN’s revolutionary STRATANIUM+ coating—the most durable nonstick finish available.

This is far from a conventional frying pan. The low, slanted sides give plenty of space to turn your food, which is a great advantage for fish and other delicate ingredients in particular. Furthermore, the flared sides help food slide out easily from the pan, and also help produce a nice sear since the pan quickly leads away steam, and the pan stays dry.

The extra-long handle is well balanced, so it makes it easy to keep the pan in motion while stirring, for instance to get the eggs to curdle, and the pan has a nice weight for tapping to help get the omelette out. The pan is oven safe up to 250°C.

• Avoid Excessive High Heat: Use moderate to medium heat when cooking. Preheat your SCANPAN cookware for about 5 minutes to ensure even heat distribution and excellent heat retention.
• No Aerosol Sprays: Do not use aerosol cooking sprays, as the propellants can damage the non-stick surface. Instead, opt for oil, butter, or fat for optimal results.
• Routine Cleaning: For daily cleaning, use detergent and hot water to loosen oil and food residue. Scrub thoroughly with the green side of a sponge or a dishwashing brush.
• Avoid Sharp Utensils: While metal utensils are safe to use, avoid sharp tools such as forks, knives, or pointed turners to help maintain the non-stick surface.

Warranty Period
10 Year Warranty

Covered by the warranty
• The SCANPAN local warranty covers manufacturing faults & material defects such as peeling, pitting, or bubbling on the surface of your non-stick cookware.

Excluded from the warranty
• Normal wear & tear including scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
• Carbon (food/oil residue) build up is the accumulation of leftover oil and food residue which is not thoroughly removed during washing/cleaning, usually due to insufficient/incorrect cleaning methods.
