SCANPAN® fully guarantees this quality product to be free from material and manufacturing defects based on the warranty time-frame listed below from the date of purchase. The SCANPAN warranty covers manufacturing faults & material defects such as peeling, pitting or bubbling on the surface of your non-stick cookware.

SCANPAN® will, at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge, unsatisfactory products which are returned to SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. 

SCANPAN® warranty us only applicable to items purchases within Singapore. 

The following are excluded from the warranty: 

• Damaged caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. 
• Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
• Carbon build up due to insufficient cleaning. 
• Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.
• Glass lids.

TO GO Products, Tools & Accessories: 1-Year Warranty

Proof of purchase and email of successful warranty registration is required for all warranty claims. Warranty can only be deemed valid after a through physical assessment of the item.
