The following policies apply to all returns:
SCANPAN products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. SCANPAN reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
We have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

All returns will be reviewed and SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the return if the above conditions are not met.

Approved refunds will be done via bank transfer less all shipping fees, if any ($7.90) and re-pickup fees ($7.90).

For all return requests, please email us at enquiries@scanpan.com.sg. Please include your contact details, order details and the reason for return.

We will contact you after receiving your email and inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.

Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
Refund Policy
Full refunds only apply to purchases made directly from scanpan.com.sg and not our retail partners. All refund requests for orders made outside of scanpan.com.sg must go through the original place of purchase as per their refund policy.

For a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. You must have your receipt to receive a refund in the original tender.

Merchandise must be UNOPENED or UNUSED to qualify for a refund.

Return postage is not covered.

Please allow 10 - 14 days for the refund to be applied after we receive your return.

All approved refunds will go back to the original payment method (gift card, credit card, etc).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
