SCANPAN® fully guarantees this quality product to be free from material and manufacturing defects based on the warranty time-frame listed below from the date of purchase. The SCANPAN warranty covers manufacturing faults & material defects such as peeling, pitting, or bubbling on the surface of your non-stick cookware.
SCANPAN® will, at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge, unsatisfactory products which are returned to SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
SCANPAN® warranty is only applicable to items purchased within Singapore.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, or commercial use.
- Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
- Carbon (food/oil residue) build up is the accumulation of leftover oil and food residue which is not thoroughly removed during washing/cleaning, usually due to insufficient/incorrect cleaning methods.
- Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.
- Glass lids.

Purchases made on scanpan.com.sg are automatically registered for warranty. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the registration is successful and may also view their warranty information by logging into their account.
For products purchased from other platforms or retailers, customers are required to submit a warranty registration form.
Proof of purchase and the email confirming successful warranty registration are required for all warranty claims.
