The Classic range is the original and timeless collection from SCANPAN, designed for everyday cooking. Suitable for gas, ceramic, radiant ring, solid plate and halogen cooktops, Classic gives you the confidence to achieve great results in the kitchen.

The Roasting Pan is designed for more than just roasting and baking. It can also be used on the stovetop for searing, browning, sautéing and braising before transferring directly to the oven. The STRATANIUM non-stick coating provides excellent food release and makes everyday cleaning easier.

Ideal for roasting meat, poultry and vegetables, as well as baking and one-pan meals, the Roasting Pan offers exceptional versatility from stovetop to oven.

• Avoid Excessive High Heat: Use moderate to medium heat when cooking. Preheat your SCANPAN cookware for about 5 minutes to ensure even heat distribution and excellent heat retention.
• No Aerosol Sprays: Do not use aerosol cooking sprays, as the propellants can damage the non-stick surface. Instead, opt for oil, butter, or fat for optimal results.
• Routine Cleaning: For daily cleaning, use detergent and hot water to loosen oil and food residue. Scrub thoroughly with the green side of a sponge or a dishwashing brush.
• Avoid Sharp Utensils: While metal utensils are safe to use, avoid sharp tools such as forks, knives, or pointed turners to help maintain the non-stick surface.

Warranty Period
SCANPAN non-stick cookware is backed by a 10-year local warranty against manufacturing faults and material defects under normal household use.

What is covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects, including:

Peeling of the non-stick coating
Pitting of the cooking surface
Bubbling of the non-stick coating

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, discolouration and corrosion
Damage caused by overheating, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
Carbon build-up (food or oil residue) resulting from insufficient or improper cleaning
Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended Use & Care instructions
