The SCANPAN TechnIQ Glass Lid is designed to improve cooking efficiency while giving you greater control over your meals. The tempered glass construction allows you to monitor food as it cooks without lifting the lid, helping to retain heat, moisture and flavour while reducing cooking time and energy consumption.

Finished with a durable stainless steel rim, the lid is suitable for use with SCANPAN TechnIQ cookware, as well as other pots and pans of the same diameter. Oven safe up to 250°C and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, it is ideal for simmering, braising and slow cooking, as well as everyday stovetop use.

SCANPAN accessories are backed by a 1-year local warranty against manufacturing faults and material defects under normal household use.

What is covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects, including:

Peeling of the non-stick coating
Pitting of the cooking surface
Bubbling of the non-stick coating

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, discolouration and corrosion
Damage caused by overheating, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
Carbon build-up (food or oil residue) resulting from insufficient or improper cleaning
Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended Use & Care instructions
