This 2.2cm thick oak carving board is treated with oil, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting and chopping. The carving boards have an inclining groove to collect juice.

To maintain the surface of your board, regularly apply SCANPAN wood oil. Hand wash only.

• Smart inclining groove to collect juice in the reservoir. The groove goes from 0.6mm in one end to 0.8mm depth within the reservoir for better control of the juice flow
