• How to Use: Begin by adding a generous amount of oil or butter to the pan and heat it until it's hot. If you're using an induction cooktop, you'll notice that heating is significantly faster. Allow the food to develop a crisp surface before moving or turning it, and once you achieve the desired crispiness, reduce the heat.
• Routine Cleaning: When cleaning, do not soak the pan or use a dishwasher. Instead, wash it with hot water using a stiff brush or sponge. Avoid using dishwashing liquid and metal sponges. Make sure to dry it thoroughly before storing.

Covered by the warranty
•    The SCANPAN local warranty covers manufacturing faults & material defects such as peeling, pitting, or bubbling on the surface of your non-stick cookware.

Excluded from the warranty
•    Normal wear & tear including scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
•    Carbon (food/oil residue) build up is the accumulation of leftover oil and food residue which is not thoroughly removed during washing/cleaning, usually due to insufficient/incorrect cleaning methods.
