The SCANPAN Impact range is designed for everyday durability and reliable cooking performance. Compatible with induction, gas, ceramic, radiant ring, halogen and solid plate cooktops, Impact features a heavy impact-bonded base with an aluminium core encapsulated between layers of high-quality stainless steel for fast, even heat distribution and excellent heat retention.

For maximum durability, the cookware walls are made from 18/10 stainless steel, while the base features an 18/0 stainless steel protector to ensure compatibility with all major cooktops, including induction. Cast stainless steel handles are designed to stay cooler for longer and are secured with internal stainless steel rivets for added strength.

Additionally, the mixing bowl comes with a removable anti-slip silicone base, ensuring safe and stable mixing. It can also be used with a 20cm Dutch Oven as a bain-marie for tasks like melting butter or chocolate and preparing sauces such as hollandaise or béarnaise.
