The warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects, including:
- Peeling of the non-stick coating
- Pitting of the cooking surface
- Bubbling of the non-stick coating
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, discolouration and corrosion
- Damage caused by overheating, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
- Carbon build-up (food or oil residue) resulting from insufficient or improper cleaning
- Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended Use & Care instructions
