Warranty Period
SCANPAN accessories are backed by a 1-year local warranty against manufacturing faults and material defects under normal household use.

What is covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects, including:

• Peeling of the non-stick coating
• Pitting of the cooking surface
• Bubbling of the non-stick coating

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, discolouration and corrosion
• Damage caused by overheating, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
• Carbon build-up (food or oil residue) resulting from insufficient or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended Use & Care instructions
