SCANPAN Warranty Guidelines
Warranty is only valid for items purchased within Singapore.
1. All SCANPAN non-stick cookware are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of registered purchase. SCANPAN Stainless Steel/Copper cookware & Classic/Classic Steel Knives are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of registered purchase. All Tools and Accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of registered purchase.
2. SCANPAN product's are covered against manufacturing faults & material defects. Claims will only be deemed valid after a thorough assessment of the item.
3. The SCANPAN non-stick coating should not crack, peel or blister. If properly used, cleaned and maintained, the lifespan of the pan will be prolonged.
4. This warranty only covers the cookware. All glass lids and consumable parts, etc subject to wear and tear will not be covered. The warranty will not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, carbon build up, alteration or commercial use. Scuff marks, scratches, dents, stains or discolorations are not valid warranty claims. This warranty does not apply if the care and maintenance instructions published in our literature and on our website have not been followed. Incidental and consequential damage are expressly excluded by this warranty.
5. This warranty is limited to carry-in repair or replacement of the defective product, and is at the discretion of the manufacturer and the decision whether a product is considered defective under this warranty rests solely with the manufacturer. SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, shall not be held responsible, in the event of any natural / man-made disasters, wars, social unrest, industrial dispute, dissolution, bankruptcy, government legislation or acts of god affecting the fulfillment of this warranty.
6. Should the defective model no longer be available, or under any similar circumstance, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. This warranty is expressly not a money-back guarantee.
7. Any alteration of false information made on warranty card or invoice will render this Warranty VOID.
8. Warranty repair or replacement will only be honoured upon presentation of valid SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Warranty Card and original dated proof of purchase.
9. No replacement of warranty card in case of loss.
10. Service and parts will be charged if proof of purchase or valid warranty card is not produced.
RETURNS
The following policies apply to all returns:
SCANPAN products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. SCANPAN reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
We have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- All returns will be reviewed and SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the return if the above conditions are not met.
- Approved refunds will be done via bank transfer less all shipping fees, if any ($7.90) and re-pickup fees ($7.90).
- For all return requests, please email us at enquiries@scanpan.com.sg. Please include your contact details, order details and the reason for return.
- We will contact you after receiving your email and inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
- Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
