By making a purchase from scanpan.com.sg, the website user understands and agrees that scanpan.com.sg may share specific personal and transactional information with other companies for the purpose of processing your transaction, including fraud prevention, vendor direct shipping and credit card authorization.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
The total dollar amount of your order, including shipping and handling, is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, you will be notified during the checkout process and the order for that amount will not be accepted.
Card authorization takes place the day after the order is placed. Once authorized, funds are reserved for seven days. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships.
GOOD AND SERVICE TAX
The applicable GST is automatically calculated for scanpan.com.sg orders. The GST is displayed during the checkout process.

RETURNS
The following policies apply to all returns:
SCANPAN products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. SCANPAN reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
We have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
All returns will be reviewed and SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the return if the above conditions are not met.
Approved refunds will be done via bank transfer less all shipping fees, if any ($12) and re-pickup fees ($12).
For all return requests, please email us at enquiries@scanpan.com.sg including your contact details, order details and the reason for return.
We will contact you after receiving your email and inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
