SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. shipping and handling charges are intended to address the cost of processing, handling, packing, transporting and delivering the products you purchase. We encourage you to review the following detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

At present SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. only ships to addresses in Singapore. Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within two business days of the order's approval. Excluding weekends and public holidays. The SCANPAN fulfillment center does not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. sends an order confirmation e-mail after credit approval acknowledging the order is being processed.

If the selected item is out of stock, a SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. representative will contact consumers so they may select another item or cancel their order. SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. apologizes for any inconvenience.

If my order is under $100 will there be a shipping fee?

Yes, a flat shipping fee of SGD 7.90 will be applied and calculated based on the delivery location.

 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

When will my order ship?

In-stock merchandise usually ships within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Business days are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

 

Why do most shipments require a signature upon delivery?

As a means to protect your order from theft, shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend you select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign and accept the package. If you do not have anyone available to sign for the package, you may contact SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. directly and allow contactless delivery at your doorstep. Please be informed that SCANPAN Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. holds no liability for loss or damage of parcels/products should such arrangements be made.
