‘SAX’ is an old Anglo-Saxon word, dating back to the early middle age, meaning ‘knife’ or ‘sword’.
Like in the old days SAX knives are carefully crafted by skilled knife makers, designed in Denmark and built to last a life time or even generations if maintained correctly.
The block is made from oil treated acacia wood. Naturally beautiful, acacia wood is warm with striking variation in colour and tone.
The integrated vanadium carbide sharpener is an efficient device that easily restores sharpness to a dull knife edge.
