The Maitre D' oak series consists of a serving board - suitable for cheese, tapas, antipasti, salmon, ham, etc. - as well as two sizes carving board featuring an inclining juice groove to collect juice in the large reservoir. Crafted in American white oak and treated with paraffin oil. Gentle on knife edges.

• Carving boards have groove going from 6mm depth in one end to 8mm depth with the reservoir for better control of the juice flow
